How we
work
The Affiliate Program is an on-line program which
offers commission for sales directed to our site. In the
Affiliate Resource Center, you'll find emails, banner ads and
text links which helps you to make your visitors aware of our
products and their benefits.
If you want to increase your activity and increase your
margin, then the next step is to become and Authorized
Reseller. After you are approved and
set up, the sales process generally works as follows:
- Evaluation – Typically, your prospect will provide you with a sample
PDF, PostScript, EPS, WMF or EMF file for testing. You can convert this with your
in-house
installation and send the results back to the prospect for review.
If you compare it to the original and do not get an exact
match for some reason, simply forward the file to us via
email with a description of the problem. We also offer a
free 30-day trial installation so that your prospects can
evaluate our software in their own environment.
- Purchase – Licenses for
resale are purchased via an easy Web
form. We will need your customer’s contact details for our database
records. Depending on how your account is established, we will either invoice you (payment via check or bank wire) or charge the credit card we have on
file. We then send you a serial number, license key and a download link
for you to provide to your client.
- Support – As an authorized
reseller, you may contact us via email or telephone
with any questions or problems that may arise. Your customers may also
contact us directly for technical support if they subscribe to our
Advantage Support program. Through this program, they will also receive updates
and new versions of their product at no charge.

Communication - You
are encouraged to actively sell our
software to your installed base as well as your prospects. We will assist you
with advice and collateral wherever we can. Typically, this involves:
- Dedicating part of your website to our software with product descriptions,
screenshots etc.,
- Sending
mailings about our software to your customer and prospect database as well
as
including news about our products in your newsletter or other
communications.
- Training your sales force and following up with sales calls to actively
seek out and close opportunities,
- We'll keep you informed of new releases and product developments
- We'll pass you leads in your area of specialization or geographic
region from time to time.
