PNG

PNG (Portable Network Graphics) is a file format for the lossless, portable and well-compressed storage of raster images. A W3C standard and supported by most modern Web browsers, the PNG file format has become a popular alternative to GIF. While primarily used as an image format for the Web, many desktop applications support import of PNG files as well.

Support Notes:
  • Outputs 8-bit color PNG by default
  • Output to any dpi resolution or pixel dimensions preserving aspect ratio
  • Source files may include vector graphics, raster images and font text strings
  • Advanced anti-aliasing applied during production
